• A brief background on lithium
• Identify the differences between cells, batteries, lithium metal and lithium ion
• Understand the classification process with lithium batteries
• Identification of goods which may contain lithium batteries by package marks, labels, and package specifications
• Recognise the documentation used to transport lithium batteries
• Identify the potential hidden hazards in cargo
• Understand your responsibilities in an emergency situation concerning a damaged shipment.
